Senior Fellowship – Ambassadors

The ministry of the Ambassadors of St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church is to provide the senior citizen members of our parish ages 55 and up with a variety of spiritual, artistic, cultural, social and intellectual experiences and interactions within an Orthodox Christian environment. We invite you to become an active member of our Ambassadors where we can grow in our Orthodox faith, take exciting trips to beautiful places of interest, and interact with one another in an atmosphere of Christian fellowship, caring, companionship and fun!

The Ambassadors normally meet on the first Thursday of each month of the year including the summer except for the month of July. When we are going on an excursion, we usually meet at St. Paul’s at 9:30am and then carpool to our destination. We occasionally host the Sunday morning Coffee Hour at St. Paul’s and donate the proceeds to Project Mexico and/or other worthy Orthodox Christian causes and charities.

We invite the members of our Ambassadors to be a part of our calling committee so that we may notify our members of upcoming events and activities. We also invite our members to volunteer as drivers for our various excursions. We also invite our members to occasionally pick up any of our senior members who can no longer drive and bring them to Church on a Sunday morning for the Divine Liturgy.

We also invite the seniors from our sister parishes to join us in our monthly trips and activities and luncheons whenever possible. For any further information on our Ambassadors program, please call our Ambassadors spiritual advisor, Mr. Dean Langis, at 949-733-2366. We invite all the senior members of St. Paul’s to join us for this vibrant ministry and fellowship!
